Casa del Arte is built in 2015. After experiencing office life as a neuroscientist, Alexandra decided to change gears and live a tranquil life in Nicaragua. She bought a lot on a, by then still undeveloped, hill, and built a house that would blend perfectly into the Nicaragua surroundings: Peaceful but vibrant at the same time, in the midst of nature. This developed into Casa del Arte: A spacious house with an open front to feel even closer to the ocean view, green hills and howler monkeys. A house splashed with colours and filled with art resembling the vibrant Nicaraguan lifeliness, but the natural materials and earthy tones of it all makes it blent easily into the quiet surroundings you're looking for on your holidays.
